Careers
Few positions, a lot of rigour.
Bease builds an organization called to act for Members in every country, with few people and a lot of precision. No position is open publicly today; spontaneous applications are read.
How we work
01
Precision
Every figure comes from a document; every rule is written before it is applied.
02
Members, not customers
Bease acts for its Members. Whoever joins the Group works for them.
03
Everywhere
Austin, Texas, and remotely, anywhere in the world.
The fields
- Engineering — the application, security, payments
- Legal and compliance — country by country
- Member operations — onboarding, verification, Bease Service
- Partnerships — banks, insurers, logistics, institutions
- Communication — in every language Bease speaks
