bease.llc is published by the Bease Group for institutional information purposes. Nothing it contains — in particular its pages The Group, Development and Investors — constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, units, financial instruments or interests of any kind, in any jurisdiction. Nor does this site constitute investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation.

No solicitation.

The Bease Group does not solicit the public. The investor contact form answers an approach made on the sole initiative of the person completing it; the Group examines each request and may decline it without giving reasons. Access to the investor area is granted by the Group, at its discretion, to identified investors with whom it has or contemplates a contractual relationship, and the information delivered there is delivered in confidence.

Forward-looking statements.

This site contains objectives, intentions and forward-looking statements — including the roll-out calendar, the companies to be formed, the ambition of a first-rank valuation and the prospect of a listing. No security of any Group company has been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or under the laws of any state. Any offering by a Group company, were it to take place, would be made under an exemption from registration and only to persons eligible for it, through offering documents separate from this site.
