Building in public, reporting in private.
The Group publishes its structure, its timeline and its ambition. Figures, documents and terms are given to identified investors, inside the investor area.
A huge market, a simple model.
The market
Millions of people and small businesses trade without a company, or give up trading because creating and running one is too expensive, too slow and too complex — particularly in emerging economies. Buyers, in turn, need reliable suppliers and clean invoices.
The model
Revenue comes from memberships and subscriptions on the scale of sevens, and from a commission on carried transactions. Members are recruited before the application opens. The mechanics are described on the Bease, the application page.
A program linked to membership.
The Founder Allocation Program reserves 777,777 Parts — 10 % of Bease — to the Founding Members, in proportion to the level they chose, as a contractual right attached to their membership. It is not a share, not a security and not a promise of value; it is described in full on bease.com.
What the Group publishes to everyone.
Identified investors are notified by email at every publication, public or restricted.
No information for now.
A personal code, given by Bease.
Bease reviews every request and, where appropriate, gives a personal access code to the investor area by the channel of its choice. Documents are provided in that area.
This page and this site are not an offer of securities, not an invitation to invest and not financial advice, in any jurisdiction. Bease does not solicit the public. Information is provided by Bease to identified investors within their contractual relationship. Read the full investor notice. Investor notice
